Name Drop Policy for Wholesale Orders
Required minimum of 12 units per style, per order. e.g. 12 Shark Hoodies, 12 Llama Bodysuits, etc.
$25 name drop setup fee incurred during design process on first order, or when specs are changed and a new mockup is needed. Fee waived if order contains 72+ units being name dropped.
$.50 per-unit fee for each item receiving name drop within the order.
Name dropped merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable, credit card payment preferred.
Shipping Information
We ship to all states in the USA as well as Canada. If you would like to ship an item/s to an international address, contact us at info@doodlepants.com and we will help you set that up.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping is non-refundable, it is the responsibility of the parcel service to guarantee on-time delivery when expedited.
WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: Please note that you MUST select a PAID shipping option upon checkout, when you process an order directly through our website. The free shipping option on orders over $25 is only valid on retail orders, however we have no way to remove this option from the wholesale checkout screen. If a wholesale order is processed with free shipping, that was not granted by means of an ongoing Doodle Pants free shipping promotion, it will not be applied and the balance for shipping will need to be collected before we can ship your order.
I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address!
Please notify us immediately at service@doodlepants.com. We will do our best to change the address before your package goes out. Any extra fees or charges, cost to re-ship package, etc. are the responsibility of the customer in this situation.
My leggings have loose strings!
Our leggings are knit, and as a result may contain strings on the inside of the leggings depending on the intricacy of the design. These are normal and do not impede use of the leggings. If you find a loose string or two hanging off the outside of your leggings, this is not a defect (unless your leggings come with a run or a hole as a result of the string) and this can be snipped off easily with scissors.
Returns Policy for Retail Customers
Customers may return most new, unopened and unworn items with tags included, within 7 days from delivery date. This does require a 15% restocking fee, and customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable. Clearance items are final sale, non-returnable and not eligible for exchange.
In the event that we make a mistake with your order (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we are happy to pay the return shipping costs. If this is the case, please email info@doodlepants.com with your order #, along with a photo of the incorrect or damaged item. If we deem that an exchange will be necessary to fulfill your order correctly, we will need proof of shipment of your return package, or in some cases may need to receive the package back at our warehouse, before shipping your new item.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of sending your package to the return address. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Or email us at info@doodlepants.com and we will help you with processing the return/exchange.
What if I ordered from somewhere else?
Exchange Policy for Retail Customers
Once you have completed the exchange process and we receive your item(s) that you sent back to us, and we verify that everything is in proper condition, we will send out your replacement product(s). Turnaround times vary depending on the speed of the postal carrier, but you should expect to see your package within 5-10 days, if not sooner, as transit time also varies depending on your location.

Please be sure to follow the protocol for returns or exchanges before sending back products, as we need to be prepared to receive your package and process it correctly. Please wait for confirmation of your return/exchange request. You can find the procedures for returns and exchanges outlined above.
A NOTE ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We guarantee our products for the first six months of use, provided that they have been cared for according to washing instructions. We cannot provide compensation for products that have been subject to improper care, excessive wear and tear from immoderate use, or that have been purchased and worn prior to the six month time frame. If you have a sizing issue or quality issue with a product that was purchased prior to this time frame, product unused, we would be happy to discuss a solution.
Sizing Guide
Although our sizes are outlined for all individual products, we are often asked whether or not our products will fit our customers.
All of our products fit true to size, so you can feel confident in selecting a size during your order.
Our signature leggings are very versatile - they are made from stretchy knit material, so you will often find that your child can get use out of them past the suggested age range for each size. Our leggings increase in length with each step up in size. If you accidentally order a pair too big, they’re easy to roll up. And if your child is out of range of the upper sizes, the leggings can usually still stretch to accommodate larger toddler bodies.

Promotional Code Policy
We are excited to offer special promotional codes to our retail customers at different times throughout the season. Any retail orders placed with use of an active* promo code will be honored. If you are unable to use a valid active code, or if you have any issues during checkout, please email us at info@doodlepants.com and we would be glad to assist you.
*Please note that we are unable to apply promotional discounts to orders that were placed outside of the time frame of an active promotional code. If different promotional codes are active in succession of one another, we will honor the code active at the time of your order. We cannot apply promotional discounts from codes available before or after the time of your purchase, that were not active at the time of your purchase.
If you use the wrong promo code at checkout, we do not have a way to edit or change this after your order is processed. Please double check your order total before submitting to ensure that you have used the code that you've intended.
Please note that retail promotional codes cannot be used on wholesale orders. If you find a code online that was not provided to you by way of a current, active sales promotion from Doodle Pants, it will not be applied. If you process a wholesale order through our checkout with an invalid retail promo code, we will not be able to ship the order until we collect the balance.
I didn't receive my discount code for signing up for the newsletter!
First thing to do would be check your Spam email inbox, sometimes we unfortunately wind up in there. Be sure to mark us as a safe sender so it doesn't happen again!
If it's not in there, please reach out to us via our online chat feature or by emailing info@doodlepants.com. We would be glad to assist you and provide you with a code to use for your first purchase.
Can I sell on a website other than my own?
If you are carrying Doodle Pants as a retailer, you are required to sell only on your own web domain. Any other selling venues require express approval before advertising or listing our products. Sales on 3rd-party sites are strongly prohibited otherwise. This includes eBay, Amazon, Wal Mart, Facebook, etc.
